Tutorial and Other Arrangements for Chinese

All students

Language timetables and other information for all years are on the Centre for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language website (www.ctcfl.ox.ac.uk/), under ‘Student diary’.

The Consultative meeting has been scheduled for Monday of 7^th Week (13 June) at 3p.m.  Anyone with items of business should notify Dr Hillenbrand one week in advance.

Fourth year

Revision classes: Students should contact the relevant teachers to arrange revision sessions.

Option texts: contact the relevant tutor.

Classical Readings: Classes will commence in 2^nd week.

Zhuangzi discussion class:  First meeting at 11a.m. on Wednesday of 1st Week.

Poetry revision: These classes will take place in room 204.

2 pm (12 May and 19 May):  Ainsworth, Carsten, Duncan, Fleming, Kane, McGill.

3 pm (12 May and 19 May):  Oates Wormer, Taylor, Waldegrave, Lomas, Taylor, McAlpine

Third year

History tutorials: The groups will switch again this term. Dr Ditmanson will be in contact to organise tutorials.

Dissertations: There will be a meeting for all students to give a brief presentation on the topic of their dissertation on Tuesday of 6^th Week (7 June) at 4 pm. All students must attend. A schedule of presentations will be posted later in the term. Please contact Dr Hillenbrand immediately if you have not yet identified a supervisor.

Options and Special Subjects: Please contact the relevant tutor.

Society and Politics text classes: these will be held on Thursday afternoons. Dr Nie will be in touch about groups and times.
