宋丽霞是浙江工业大学之江学院汉语言文学专业大四的学生。在大学4年里，宋丽霞每年都是成绩第一。因为，只有得了第一，才能拿到高额奖学金。为什么非要拿奖学金？因为宋丽霞的父母全都卧病在床，一个妹妹还在读初中，家里基本已经没有经济来源。而她自己，每年要支付16000元的大学学费。

教过宋丽霞的辅导员说，这是她见过的最厉害的女生，每天打工不间断，一天最多同时做3份工作，在寝室里烧菜给住院的父母送过去，而且，成绩永远是第一，并且还是班长。同学们笑着说，宋丽霞几乎把学校里能拿的奖学金都拿遍了，而且都拿最高的。

宋丽霞曾经算了一笔账，她大学一年的学费是16000元。贷了4年的助学贷款，每年6000元，剩下每年10000元，基本都要靠自己筹办。她每年拿学校的奖学金，一般都是一等奖学金，8000元。

还需要2000元，她就去兼职、打工助学。大二的时候她每晚都要去滨江做家教，一晚上2个半小时，一小时也就20块钱左右。一晚上可以赚50块钱。
