Tasks for B/C, a shop assistant

Make the conversation as realistic as possible by greeting each other at the beginning and by using small talk. Try to anticipate the flow of the conversation by looking at the following prompts.

  1. Tell A to go to the 3rd floor, next to the menswear department (男装部 nán zhuāng bù N).
  2. Tell A that the large ones are slightly different in style from the small ones.
  3. Tell A that it costs 80.80 Yuan.
  4. Ask A to pay at the cashier's first, then he or she can come back to collect ( qŭ V*) the bag using the receipt.

  1. A has brought back the case that he or she bought. Tell A that customers should check goods before leaving the counter, or the shop won't take any responsibility (负责 fù zé V-O).
  2. Tell A that there are no more similar cases in the shop. He or she can take a smaller one of better quality.
  3. As A is making too many demands, say you will talk to the manager, and ask A to wait for a minute.
  4. After talking to the manager, tell A that he or she can have another one of better quality.
