我国将建立宗教活动场所、教职人员数据库
王作安表示，国家宗教事务局于2010年开始部署宗教教职人员认定备案和宗教活动场所财务监督管理两个专项工作，以此为切入点，推动落实《宗教事务条例》并将其进一步推进，计划用3年时间，实现宗教教职人员队伍制度化、系统化、网络化管理和宗教活动场所财务规范化、民主化、法制化管理。
他说，根据国家宗教事务局下发的实施意见，各地迅速落实。关于宗教教职人员认定备案工作，大多数地方已经完成试点工作，总体进展超出预期；关于宗教活动场所财务监督管理工作，部分地区已经完成试点工作，有的地方已经全面铺开，总体进展顺利。
