Hint 2 好 can be used like 很 (very/really) before a stative verb, as in 好 忙: (really busy).

Comments Alternatively: 我 很 忙 , 不 能 去 . If 好 is followed by other stative verbs in colloquial Chinese it means really. 好 can also follow a verb to imply the outcome of an action.(Also see Lesson 8) In this usage 好 implies perfection or completion of an action, 作 好 饭了 finished cooking.
