Help
For help in using the CTCFL website please see the below frequently asked questions.
How can I find the content I'm looking for?
Clicking on the 'Materials' tab will reveal a helpful page to help you find certain materials. You can search by year of study so that you can more easily find the pages relevant to your current year. You can also browse a list of your previously viewed and favourite content.
Alternatively, you can use the universal search bar in the navigation menu. This will allow you to search the entire CTCFL website for a specific search term, which can help you find the page you're looking for very quickly.
How do 'My History' and 'My Favourites' work?
On the main materials page you can see a list of materials you've recently visited in the 'My History' section. If you click on the star icon in the bottom left corner of a page then this page will be saved to your 'My Favourites' list.
Both 'My History' and 'My Favourites' are stored within your web browser using cookies. This means you need to set pages in these lists for each web browser or device you use.
How do I play audio and video files?
If you click on a link to an audio file or video file within this website the media will play in a pop-up player directly in the webpage. This means you don't have to download the files and play them in another application; it's all handled directly within the website.
Can I access the website on all of my devices?
We've built this website to support a range of devices, including phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Most of this website is accessible on whichever device you choose to use, including the main website navigation, welcome page, help page, search page, etc.
The teaching materials contained in this site have been designed and collated for over 20 years. This means that older content may not be fully accessible on some devices. However, we're continuously updating and improving the content, so more and more pages will be fully accessible over time. If you find a page isn't accessible on your device please contact us and we'll aim to update it.
