古建筑保护难在哪里？
首先，中国古建筑几乎全都是土木或者砖木结构，所以大多难以经受气候和时间的考验，不少古建筑都在无名火灾中被毁坏。其次，80年代至今中国居民对待古建筑的态度一直是追求"整旧如新"而不是"整旧如旧"，每一次整修都是整体重建，这就造成了对古建筑的一次次破坏。再次，保护古建筑的另一个问题是资金不足。很多人不同意政府花很多钱去保护古建筑。他们认为应该把钱花在经济发展上。最后，更大的问题是如何安排古建筑中的大量住户。现代的居民都适应了现代的生活居住方式，现代建筑的生活设施。调查显示，即使过去是住在古建筑房内的居民，在修复过程中搬到现代的居民楼，那么即便在修复结束后，允许回到原房居住地，他们在古建筑房内的生活也感到了不方便。在年代久的房子里生活的人们也说出了他们在生活中的诸多问题，比如垃圾，污水等问题。
