Hint 2   也 can be placed before the SV in the second clause to imply that the second change is the consequence of the first one

Comments  Alternatively: 天 气 越 来 越 暖 和 了, 去公 园 的 人 也 越 来 越 多 了 tiānqi yuèláiyuè nuǎnhuo le, qù gōngyuán de rén yě yuèláiyuè duō le. 越 来 越 yuèláiyuè  means increasingly and is placed before SV or ADV.了 le is used to indicate a change of situation and time. For instance, 十 点 了, 上 课 了 shí diǎn le, shàng kè le it's 10 o'clock: time to start the class. The particle 了 le for a change of situation is placed at end of a sentence.
