Comments  Alternatively: 我 昨 晚 喝 酒 喝 得 太 多 了, 以 后 再 也 不 喝 了 wǒ zuó wǎn hē jiǔ hē de tài duō le, yǐ hòu zài yě bù hē le. The 了 le in the first clause emphasizes the excessiveness of the alcohol consumption, as in 太 ...了 tài... le. The 了 le in the second clause implies a change of situation.
