Comments  Alternatively: 我 六 岁 的 时 候 就 开 始 学 习 汉 语 了wǒ liù suì de shíhou jiù kāishǐ xuéxí hànyǔ le. 就 jiù  is used to comment on the time word before 就 jiù; that is, earlier than the speaker expected.
