Comments  Alternatively: 我 们 系 有 五 位 老 师 教 汉 语 语 法 wŏmen xì yŏu wǔ wèi lăoshī jiāo hànyǔ yǔfă. The measure word 个 ge unit of is used for many objects, such as 人 rén people , 系 xì departments, 图 书 馆 túshūguăn libraries, 阅 览 室 yuèlănshì reading rooms and in fact most of the nouns which appear in the text here. A measure word is placed after 每 měi every, 这 zhè this, 那 nà that or the question words 几 jĭ how many, 哪 nă which and followed by a noun.
