Hint 1   Use the 是… 的 construction
Hint 2   送 人 sòngrén to take people somewhere or to see people off; 接 人 jiērén to fetch or to collect people

Comments  是 … 的 shì…de can be used to classify for what an item is used. For instance, 笔 是 写 字 用 的 bǐ shì xiě zì yòng de  a pen is used for writing.
