Comments  Alternatively: 这 本 书 太 容 易 了, 不 看 都 能 懂 zhè běn shū tài róngyì le, bú kàn dōu néng dǒng or 这 本 书 容 易 极 了, 不 看 也 能 懂 zhè běn shū róngyì jí le, bú kàn yě néng dǒng. This comes from the construction: 即使...都/也 jíshǐ…dōu / yě. The 即使 jíshǐ clause contains an extreme condition while the 都/也 dōu / yě clause indicates the outcome. 即使 jíshǐ is sometimes omitted. For instance, 今 天 的 练 习 太 多 了, 即 使 不 睡 觉 也 作 不 完 jīntiān de liànxí tài duō le,  jíshǐ bú shuì jiào yě zuò bu wán there are too many exercises today : even if we have no sleep, we still won't be able to complete them.
